NOTE: PANIC have removed the page relating to "Personal Stories", sadly our reason for this, is, it appears there are some who take it upon themselves to be judgemental when it comes to others tales of their life. PANIC does not take in any way a judgemental road - there is no one in this world who can afford to judge others. There is a motherload of lies and innuendos on the internet at the moment and PANIC find it interesting that not one of those reading the lies have asked PANIC what their take on the situation is.
Instead they are prepared to believe the rubbish from someone who makes extortion threats on one of PANICs clients, (this client was previously known to this individual - and the extortion threat does not come about as a result of the client being a client, it has come about as a result of that client asking this individual to remove personal posts the client made some 4 years ago on another site, the response was the extortion attempt) claims a kick up the butt is a death threat and threatens to yet again, persecute someone whose only crime was to love and care too much!

PANIC is NOT against Child Youth & Family nor any organisation. It is against tactics used by individuals or groups within these organisations who break their own CODES OF CONDUCT, commit perjury within the family courts and also those who fail a reasonable standard in care and work practise.
PANIC is NOT about adding to the stress of individuals who find themselves in the whirlpool of dishonest organisations. We do NOT feed into the negative but support individuals in untangling the mess and in finding the strength needed. We offer support and practical advice. If we do not have the answer we will do all we can to find out or put you on the right track to solutions.
PANIC, as it grows will give a list of lawyers and other professional services with experience in cases like yours. However, it is not easy to find an honest and upfront lawyer. You will find links to other support groups or services that may also be of help.
Our aim is to help you help yourself!
PANIC aims to do research and keep records that will be clear indications of common errors. If these can be identified there is a far greater chance that remedies can be found and that those performing the 'common errors' are called to task.
PANIC, as we grow, we hope to have support people trained in offering you one to one, mainly via email, in person or phone advocacy support. This may mean we can help you keep good records, attend FGCs, work at identifying weaknesses and finding remedies. Advocacy work may also include helping you with CYFs, WINZ & Plunket. Where ever you feel you need someone we can be there.
PANIC aims to help those who feel alone. Linking you to groups offering all forms of support such as single parents etc. If you have a group you feel we should know about please let us know and we will endeavour to grow our pool of support links and fun groups for both families and individuals.
PANIC is for everyone, parents, grandparents, friends, caregivers, relatives, workers finding the tactics of work mates hard to handle or even the policies set out. Whatever the problem if it is becoming too much, reach out, we are here with a helping hand.
The PANIC team would like to acknowledge the hard work that Alicia put in to enable PANIC to enter the world of the internet with its first site. Job well done Alicia!! Thanks!
